Returns and refunds policy

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. If however you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of our product when it arrives you can return or exchange the item for up to 21 days after receiving it. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item, or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, provided that the item is in substantially the same condition in which you received it. Please include where possible the original packaging, labelling and the Just Clean Cotton returns form enclosed with the delivered goods.

Please ensure you ask for a proof of posting receipt at the Post Office when you return items to us.

Please note that many of our items are made by hand – for example, all our cotton fabric is hand woven – so slight variations in colour or size are normal.

You also have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel your purchase entirely for any reason if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way we will refund your total purchase amount.

All refunds under the 21 day return offer will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
